Current Projects
The Songwriting Mind
My documentary-style podcast has captured over 40 intimate interviews with songwriters across the US and Australia since December 2024. With 13 episodes released and growing, the project explores the creative process through unfiltered conversations that reveal the stories, struggles, and breakthroughs behind the music. The podcast has expanded into live events, bringing these intimate conversations to audiences in venue settings across the Pacific Northwest.
Creative Archive & Documentation
This site documents the full spectrum of creative life – from finished recordings to voice memos, travel experiences to collaborative projects. Each song post tells the story behind the music. The goal is simple: release all my songs before I leave this Earth, and document the experiences and philosophy behind them.
Live Performance & Community Engagement
I regularly perform solo acoustic sets and host live podcast recordings at venues and festivals. My live work emphasizes intimate connection and authentic dialogue between artist and audience.
Musical Style & Approach
I’ve produced work across many genres – acoustic, folk, electronic, hard rock, metal, and more. After fronting the rock band The Planet Of and playing as an instrumentalist in bands like Tiller of the Moon, Dry Spell, Mondo Mundo, Maggie Moon, Milk Juice, and Xinxin between California and Oregon for over a decade, I’ve developed as a self-produced artist with a large body of work. I’m just starting to release material over the last couple years.
Each song is self-produced, with lyrics drawn from personal experience and creative exploration. My approach prioritizes authenticity over commercial appeal, creating space for genuine artistic expression. The songwriting reflects influences from extensive travel and cultural immersion while remaining grounded in Pacific Northwest musical traditions and intimate storytelling.

Current Focus & Vision
My current work centers on authentic creative documentation and community building through artistic dialogue. Rather than pursuing traditional music industry pathways, I focus on creating lasting value through comprehensive creative archiving and meaningful artistic connections.
This website serves as that archive – a living documentation of creative process where each song gets its full story. The vision extends beyond typical promotional activities to build something permanent: a digital repository of creative process, authentic artistic conversation, and personal creative evolution that serves both present community needs and future creative legacy.
I’m sick of Instagram and Facebook. I want to share my work in a medium that doesn’t feel ethically questionable, even if it limits potential reach. As long as this WordPress subscription gets paid, whatever I build here will remain, perhaps even after I’m gone.
